Refund Policy:
- 1. No Refunds: ProEFI shall repair or replace any unit or product or part of such Goods that prove to be a manufacture’s defective. The Buyer will be assumed to have accepted the Goods unconditionally unless a claim that a Good is defective is made within 7 days from the date of delivery. These are electronic components and it is assumed that the buyer is competent in the installation process and use of such goods, and misuse can easily and instantly lead to damage of said product. Therefore, no refunds are allowed once received.
- 2. Return/Refund Policy: Goods delivered not as described to the Client may be exchanged for the correct product within 15 days. Incorrect products ordered by the customer will be subject to a 30% restocking fee applied to any refund. If product packaging is missing or damaged, additional fees may apply. Stocking parts will be credited or exchanged with no fee. Custom ordered parts will not be refunded or credited back.
- 2.1. Goods not as Described: Only goods delivered in the following condition will be considered not as described: Incorrect parts shipped by ProEFI (not as ordered) will be exchanged by ProEFI at ProEFI’s expense.
- 3. Warranty Policy: No refunds will be provided for the Goods delivered as described in the contract. Electronic Goods delivered are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. Wiring harnesses have no warranty past 7 days from the date of delivery. If wiring harnesses are proven to be defective, those parts can be shipped back to ProEFI for repair or exchange (if within 7 days).
