Version 5.006 is now available and is designed to work with the Version 5 Firmware Only! We will be rolling out V5 Firmwares over the next few weeks 

 

Software Update: Version 5.30 Now Available! Note: Version 5 firmware should be used with Version 5 Software! Units Conversion work with V5 Logs, so viewing logs made with V4 software can display units incorrectly. If using V4 firmwares with V5 software some of the display gauges will not display properly.

V5.30 – There are a lot of updates in V5.30, we have added additional security to prevent using the same read name as the write name when creating a new ECU file. Licensing is fully automated (no need to send in a file), fixed intermittent logging crash when reviewing a data log. Users can now create templates with an organized layout of channels which is done by right clicking on the channel and dragging the selected channel up or down in the strip chart plotter to the appropriate location. Once the layout is complete, save the template. Channel colors and ranges may also be saved (use the units you typically use when saving ranges). Beta 5.25 fixed an axis change issue on the individual cylinder trims, as well as the start up page Y axis label not registering the Alpha N Selection without clicking off and back on the page to update it, it is now immediate! Beta 5.23 fixed a create ecu file auto.dll download bug where it wasn’t looking to download the original .dll if it was missing, it will now. 5.22 now adds auto .dll download when missing .dll files are discovered. Also adds a function to pull .xcals from the firmware installer file (.proxxx), Changed the look of the 3d graphs to give a more modern feel. Alarms may be turned off in the alarms menu until all alarms are properly configured and must be setup in the fault manager as well for software pop up faults. V5.006 – Fixed Comm error with ProMod and Dealer box when flashing. Added additional Logging channels for 112 synch setups. Added support for additional functionality with Cruise Control and Alternator Control.
V5.1 Major upgrades are
Warning/Fault Manager – User can setup warnings for any channels with comparators and limits and any combinaton of those. Keeps Warning/Fault history with time stamps.

Speed increases throughout the system, with New Gauge display Layout.

Can be installed along side V4 software. You don’t have to remove V4. This will help with the transition to the new format.

Now Uses .Proxxx extension files avoid confusion when using different model ECU’s.

Logger/Plotter is now runs separately and only when opened. Allows you to jump to any screen while reviewing logged data. Has a Stay on top function to keep that window on top.

4.19 – Added Support for Windows 8, Windows 10, and the Pro112 ECU. Also added additional checksums to help prevent loading zero value files. Also added additional tabs to help check for installation errors on inputs and outputs. You MUST be using V4.19 or later software, if you are not, update NOW!

Make sure you have an internet connection available when installing and connecting for the first time.

V5.g update adds fault pop up warning control through the fault manager. The user selects which faults will give a pop up warning when triggered. Also fixes a bug that allowed the antilag spool additional rpm to be added to the main rev limiter.

V5sf addresses a converter lockup hysteresis issue, as well as an option to have the converter locked in manual shifting mode. V5sa fixes the fuel table missing for progressive nitrous control as well as signal drop out issue when logging nitrous

Display Logger Files

CAN Display Logger Firmware Update 6.50 (These files must be unzipped and placed on the root of a Fat32 formatted USB Flash Drive for Updating). Power the Display/Logger up fully, then insert the USB stick with the unzipped files on the root directory. The display will Display the updating information, then ask to remove the USB when completed. Leaving the display powered up, unplug the USB drive and the unit will reboot and display the new firmware (6.50) on the first screen, then go to the default gauge. The operation is now complete. If you plan to use the same USB drive for writing the log files from the logger to, delete all of the files from the drive.

V6.50 – Fixed a map logger scaling issue related to V5 firmware updates. Use with V5 and later Firmwares.
V6.48 – Fixed Default screen at start up issue
V6.32 – Added New Logging Channels from V5 Firmware and user selectable units work with ProEFI V5 Software. Added Fuel Gauge, Added Manifold Surface Temp (Post BLower Temp) Gauge. Fixed Log Add on time bug that prevented log run on after conditions were not met.

V6.11 – Fixed scaling range for Accelerometer Display

For 500 meg baud rate applications use – ProEFI CAN Display/Logger 500Meg.

 

Logger Module

The logger module utilizes MapTools for reviewing Logging data. The link to downloading the MapTools Software is Found below, once installed, select help, then select ‘save the latest config file’ and point that to the SD card from the logger.
